Responsible for assisting in developing and implementing individual case/reentry plan which outlines the treatment and services to be provided and is culturally/gender competent, measurable, attainable, time-delimited, monitored and revised for each program participant.

Assist peers in articulating recover goals, learning/practicing new skills, monitor their progress, supporting them in their treatment and support them in advocating for themselves for services.

Exemplify recovery principles and shar recovery story to show that recovery is attainable.

Assist with transportation.

Ensure adherence to confidentiality.

Must be 21 years old and have a minimum of a HS diploma (GED). Must have or have had a primary diagnosis of SUD, SMI or COD and have received behavioral health services. Must complete state Peer Support Specialist certification within 6 months of hire. Experience with offenders and community reentry a plus.
